FONIO

One of Africa’s oldest cultivated grains, fonio is naturally gluten-free, fast-cooking, and highly climate-resilient. Its mild flavour and fine texture make it ideal for flours, bakery blends, cereals, and ready-to-eat product

Gluten-free flour, couscous-style grain, porridge, baking blends, snacks, breakfast cereals, brewing.

AFRICAN MILLET

Millet is a drought-tolerant ancient grain widely grown across Africa and valued for its fibre and mineral content. It performs well in gluten-free flours and is suitable for bakery products, porridges, and cereal formulations.
